Plain-language rules for using VERDICT. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own what you write. By posting a question, vote, prediction, or take, you grant VERDICT a license to display it on the platform and, if you have not opted out, to include it in anonymized data sets as described in our Privacy page.

Content rules

Keep it real, keep it respectful. The following are not allowed:

• Slurs or derogatory language targeting any group.
• Threats, harassment, or doxxing.
• Spam, scams, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

No automated access

Automated scraping, bot access, and AI-agent access to the app or website without explicit permission are prohibited. If you want programmatic access, use the API (see the Developers page).

No reselling data

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data obtained from VERDICT, whether through the app, website, or API, without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app.
