Privacy

No sign-up is needed to open, browse, or vote. Name, email, and phone number are optional and not wanted.

What we collect

At your first vote we ask, once: birth year, gender, race, and where you live (city). These power group results like “people your age” and “people near you.”

Sign in with Apple is optional and shares only an anonymous ID with us. We do not share device IDs.

Location

We ask your city, but we only ever share location at the state level.

Licensing

Your votes, predictions, and takes may be licensed anonymously, including to AI companies. Names, emails, and phone numbers are never shared or licensed.

Data from anyone under 18 is never licensed.

You can change your licensing choice anytime in Settings.

Payments

All purchases happen on the web, never inside the iOS app.
